Pretty useless
Resmed generally doesn’t provide very good product design (the hose attachment is located to encourage the machine to roll over (and of course they don’t warranty water damage) and basic features that would be so helpful are just not included. The app follows suit. The metrics it uses can provide a very deceiving result. And since the machine won’t allow you to easily access the full data nor does the app integrate the data available with the app, your success rating for the night can be flat out wrong. I just received an update on my review from these guys who completely missed the point of the app actually accessing full data from the machine to provide any valuable information in the app. Missing the point seems to be what these guys do best.

Signing in every time????
Why do I have to sign in every time I use the app. Yes I can Face ID to save time but why do I have too? This isn’t a banking app, I just want to see my statistics from last nights usage. Please address

Device only updates through cell service.
I can’t believe this app can only get updates from my Resmed S11 through cell service. I live in Canada where cell service is spotty at best. Once every week or so the machine gets a bit of service and updates the data. Yet I could use Bluetooth to connect my phone to the device for setup. My phone sits right beside it all night, and when I wake up in the morning to look at the data, there’s just empty data for the last week.

Chose Bine
Depuis la dernière mise à jour, et malgré toute les accès accordés, il n'est plus possible de suivre ses cycles de sommeil. Plus rien ne se synchronise et pourtant, l'intégration connexion santé est activée, les accès sont accordés et les données sont disponible dans Google Fit et Samsung Health et la priorité est bien établie.

Transition de la version Canada n'a pas été bien pensée... J'avais 2 comptes pour la même application (pour mes 2 enfants) et après le transfert de données d'un seul des comptes l'application s'est désactivée. Impossible de revenir en arrière pour se déconnecter et reconnecter. J'ai pensé même en réinstallant le même jour quelques minutes après, mais on nous redirigeait vers la nouvelle version. Décevant.
