Tony Staffieri, I assume, must be a very smart man. Given that he doesn’t do a very good job of keeping his customers happy. I have been trying for days and hours to settle a simple billing problem and the only thing I can talk to is a robot. I had an automated billing system that paid my bill for years. Somehow it was cancelled and my bill ran up so they sent me a text informing me they were going to cancel my subscription. I have paid my bill online and I still am getting notifications that I owe money. So Tony, get your team to do what you pay them to do. If you can’t do that what the heck kind of president are you? I consulted with Gemini and she said … Tell me what a good company should provide its customers with? A good company should prioritize the relationship it builds with its customers over the simple transaction of goods or services. In a competitive market, providing true value usually comes down to a few core pillars: 1. Reliable Quality and Consistency The most fundamental offering is a product or service that does exactly what it claims to do. Customers should feel confident that every time they engage with the brand, the quality will remain stable. Consistency builds the trust necessary for long-term loyalty. 2. Radical Transparency Ethical companies are open about their processes, pricing, and policies.
