Good and quick
I like most pods that I order and use with the Vertuo system. Just make sure to descale. The cost is high for a simple home brew though which is why 4 stars is given. I’d like to see some more sales for app users!

Refurbished machine
We paid $199 plus taxes for a refurbished coffee machine and from day one it was faulty. After having it for about 5 days I contacted customer service for help with this. The first guy said I would have to send the machine back and once they received it they would send me out another one . That is leaving me without a coffee maker for probably 10 days. I decided on a refund but supervisor/manager told me that the refund takes30 days to process but said he would expedite it and we could possibly receive the refund in 10 days. I am totally disappointed with Nespresso’s customer service …all I kept hearing was “I’m so sorry” instead of solutions. I will not recommend Nespresso after this I really did expect better customer Service but guess that’s not a thing anymore 😔
