Won’t open

I download this app But it directed me to a website to get started but webpage would not open So I am unable to obtain my tickets Can’t even put it to my apple wallet Funny thing the app works great but I am not taking my iPad to a ballgame and since there is no apple wallet app for iPads I could take screen shots on my iPad but I was warned that won’t be accepted so I have 2 weeks to figure out this mess out or I won’t be going to the ballgame . Things are getting too complicated just to get tickets Never got any help . Was unable to attend the game since I couldn’t use the app. Will never attend or try again to attend a mlb game You got my money but mlb has lost me forever .

Pointless

That was way too much effort. Downloading the app followed by multiple redundant verification steps, just to view tickets in my Ticketmaster app. What a waste of time.

Ça fait plus d'une année que je n'arrive pas à acheter de billets via l'application obligée/recommandée par le stade...nous sommes à 9h de route en voiture, et nous voulons s'assurer d'avoir des billets avant de se déplacer ou éviter de payer 4x le prix du billet si l'on achète directement à la porte....c'est bien triste, c'est notre équipe, et tout fonctionnait très bien avant. Que se passe-t-il avec l'application ?
