Something went wrong try again
Half the time when i try to get a bike the app fails and gives me the following notification “Something went wrong try again in a few seconds”. Customer service is useless in helping resolve it

App lies about empty docks
Nothing like being late for work became the app is lying about how many empty docks are available. I had to check SEVEN stations that all said they had empty docks before I finally found one.

great for new users!
Just tried the app for the first time, it was great! Easy to navigate, clear instructions, app was very helpful. Overall great first time use, can’t wait to use it more!

Apple Pay
There is no option for Apple Pay. Wasted time trying to figure out how to pay for multiple bikes at once.
