Broken with update

Do NOT install the latest update. It screws up your product library and almost nothing comes up with search. Renders the app unusable

POS app can’t save customer info

Idk what us up with this update. Haven’t been able to create new customer profiles without an error message at POS. Super inconvenient and causes so much friction at checkout. Terrible customer experience.

Each up date gets worse and worse

The newest up date removed the buffer screen (which had the customer press continue) between selecting the payment type and asking the customer to tip. This creates a very awkward interaction between the cashier and customer and drastically lowers the likelihood of customer leaving tips. Definitely a poorly thought out redesign.

The worst

The new update has messed up my barcode scanner- half my new inventory isn’t scannable in store and the inventory isn’t even showing half the time. I have updated iPad and app and have called for support twice. It’s fixed temporarily and now again now finding inventory that is avail on website and pos on backend, so incredibly frustrating considering I spend thousands monthly on Shopify with all their fees and all the subscriptions I have to keep up with.

Bring back cart item count

This is an important feature in our pos workflow to count items at the end and make sure everything has been entered. A quick check instead of looking through the list to double check. Who wants to go 1 by 1 through 10 or 20 items? Bad decision! Guess we need to finally start looking elsewhere for better functioning support.
