Got banned then tried to contact support and they wouldn’t even tell me the reason

I tried to contact the support after it said I got banned effective immediately. I didn’t even get a warning just a straight ban. I contacted support gave all the details and they said there’s nothing they can do. I asked for a manager and they said no. I DO NOT recommend eBay.. It was hard enough to contact support and talk to a real person that’s not a bot. Save your time and look at other places not eBay.

China scam

EBay is essentially useless in supporting buyers and protecting them from scams or lost packages. I’ve had a $670 card from PSA lost since March by USPS and it’s mid May and they’ve still yet to refund me at all. Terrible company.

Caspari playing cards

Yay! Anthony sent me a new set of Caspari playing cards that I wanted to replace for my Florida home ~ orange 🍊and lemon 🍋themed. While teaching my young granddaughters to play solitaire (age 6 1/2 and 5) the 3 of spades somehow got lost in the outdoor patio. 😭I was so happy that I found the exact same set on EBAY and even happier when the set arrived with a thank you note included from the seller 🩷
