What's New
• Fixed a bug where generated URL scheme tokens had insufficient entropy. • Fixed a rare crash. THINGS 3.22 Things is ready for iOS and watchOS 26, with a new app icon, an entirely refreshed interface, more styles for the icon and widgets, and a control button on Apple Watch. FRESH LOOK & FEEL • Things’ interface has been completely refreshed in every corner. You’ll notice increased rounding of corners for windows, dialogs, and to-dos; and glassy buttons that reflect and refract their surroundings. • Things’ icon has been refined and realigned to sit beautifully within iOS 26. It’s familiar at a glance – and unmistakably Things. • Icon & widget styles: In addition to the Dark and Tinted styles, iOS 26 introduces Clear – a glass-like style that lets your wallpaper shine through. To change your style on iPhone, long-press your Home Screen, then tap Edit > Customize. CONTROL BUTTON ON APPLE WATCH Things’ handy New To-Do control is now available on Apple Watch. Press the side button to reveal Control Center and tap Edit. The control button lets you quickly create a new to-do, via swipe, type, or talk. We hope you enjoy using Things on iOS 26 and watchOS 26!

Use this every day!
Absolutely the best productivity app out there, and I’ve tried them all.. including one for ADHD with all the bells, whistles and extra stuff, and Things 3 has them all beat, hands down. I’ve been using this app for years off and on, sometimes I’ve gone overboard and used it to write lists of gratitudes, lists of what people prefer (good for birthday gifts!), lists of goals in the future (great for review later on to see what actually happened!), and then I got smarter and smarter.. used it for re-usable packing lists for small and longer trips, then used tags to help manage big projects of all sorts, setup all kinds of Area > Project > Tasks > Checklists hierarchies to help manage my life, my businesses (including processes for lines of products production), my family details including their kids, in-laws, and down to details such as their shoe sizes (because I knit socks!).. and on and on.. I’ve used for meal planning, home organization by room, managing regular contact with my fav people, and the most unique and helpful which I still use all the time but at different scale depending on what’s happening in my life — I use it by Supplier, and list what I need to get there, and create a running list of needs for the supplier so when it comes time to order, or in the case of visiting the store, I have a comprehensive list of needs already prepared and annotated. It really is brilliant. Things 3. The flexibility, smart keys, ways to move things around, hide or keep visible, tags and tools to display by tags.. so variable and easy to remember. I just love it.

Simple and effective
Not cluttered like my CRM. Easy, at a glance view of the minor tasks required in between, to complete the bigger tasks in my CRM

Useless app
Honestly, this app is very demotivating to use. Even though I paid for it, the overall appearance is poor and not visually appealing, especially when compared to the iPhone Reminders app. The notification system is ineffective, and the layout is poorly designed. Because of this, I chose not to purchase the Mac version, as I don’t want to spend more money on something with such poor design and usability. Overall, this is a very disappointing app.
