This reboot from its origins as a DS game long ago brings beautiful pixel art and slick controls. The story telling is good but the missions are grindy, forcing you to play the same map over and over with no reward other than a linear progression of the plot. Another thing is Locke's combat lacks tactile feedback and seems to lag slightly plus the numbers combat system becomes tiring. it's like playing a calculator instead of a video game. also, tower ranges aren't shown.

Perhaps this is the same game, with the same problem for previous version. And I don't know that this game is crashing during the build mode, and has the same problem traits. It feels this game feels lackluster even for newer versions! And hoping to fix this, there's no denying if the game is still an unplayable mess.
