Time for an update to fix glitches!

Issues with calls so often, not being able to make calls or answer through the app. I often end forwarding calls to my cell number & answering on my cell.

Can’t Transfer Calls & Needs Updating

Constantly has connection issues causing you not to be able to transfer calls. 4 years and no updates is ridiculous for a company that makes a lot of money and is given tax dollars. How can we use this for a large business if it doesn’t work?

Intermittent login problems

We’ve been having issues with logging on for the past few months and Bell’s offices haven’t been able to fix it. A technician will call me, we’ll briefly get the problem fixed while on the phone and a few hours or days later we’re unable to login again. Bell you really need to bite the bullet and hire more technicians and engineers to solve this long term.

Quand tu veux installer l’app parce que le site régulier est tellement compliqué que tu ne trouves même pas où acheminer le « faites le 6 pour », et que tu te dis qu’avec l’app tu réussiras peut-être… juste pour découvrir qu’elle exige des permissions totalement inutiles pour ça. Pas pour rien que, personnellement, je ne leur donne plus un cent depuis 30 ans. …Une promesse que je leur ai faite.

Needs update

Where did the option to assign numbers to a list of favourites go? App is terrible without this feature/function. Currently the app is useless without it. Willing to change rating if this is resolved. UPDATE: favourites feature is now back, thank you. I have updated my rating to reflect the attention to the issue

There hasn’t been any new updates for kids channels on Bell

Featuring new stuff for kids channels on demand on bell five TV app And a new feature where you can access your TV shows that are playing on the TV guide from days ago and to access them before the time they come on on the TV guide days before 😊😊 And to access TV shows before the day they come on for on-demand and to have 4K sport channels on bell app to bring to the platform for more opportunities for 4K sport and to bring a new look to the TV Guide for colour on Bell TV app because we don’t get the opportunity to have more of these features on Bell Fibe app to bring more opportunities for these features on bell app for more

Toujours obligé de se souvenir de son mot de passe ; buggant et restrictif au plus haut point, lorsqu,on a besoin de de connecter rapidement... Solution: ne me connecte plus.
