Not good

I’m already paying for Prime, and it’s frustrating how much worse Amazon Music has gotten. First they limited it so you can only shuffle most songs, and now it constantly throws pop-ups at me trying to get me to upgrade to Unlimited. It feels like I’m paying for a service that’s been downgraded just to push me into spending more.

Shuffling problem

Great price for everything but shuffling is really suck. Keep coming same artist till end of the same artist even shuffles. Every time.

Watch for these charges

I never signed up for this subscription. I signed up for Amazon prime and without explaining why I was signed up for this “free trial” that started charging me randomly a couple months ago. They don’t even refund the charges because “you signed up for it.” This is a gross example of companies taking small charges from you hoping no one notices. Will most likely cancel all Amazon subscriptions after this.
