The app is lacking feature-wise. There's no way to follow upload progress other than through a counter in the notifications. Keeping the files on device doesn't allow access to them at Android level (eg: the Music Player doesn't see tracks, Gallery doesn't see pictures). I'm ok with remote files not being visible, but on-device files should have the option of being used outside of the application. As for photo backup, there's no easy way to identify which photos can be removed from device.

Excel iPad & iPhone

Thank you, ProtonDrive, for making Excel editing work on iPad! I’m looking forward to this functionality coming to iOS mobile as well. While I can’t give a full 5-star rating yet, you’re making great progress and heading in the right direction.

Not optimized

The app photos tav is horrific. Every time I open it has to download all the thumbnails all over again which takes a huge amount of time! Please make the app better, I literally cant browse my photos, its just skeleton loading animation everywhere, every time, with few actual thumbnails. Please make the app more efficient and optimized, its in an awful state right now, and the web version is slightly better, but has a long way to go to catch up to google photos or icloud photos

Just doesn’t work as it should

Does not backup pictures as you take them and most of the time, backups fail. I have been using since day one and it hasn’t improved whatsoever. It’s a shame, really.
