18 ads in 1 hr.

I pay 20$ MO on the lower end and I get 3 ads every 10 or so minutes. Sometimes, it glitches and I will have to watch 6 ads back to back. 20$ a MO!!!! YouTube is better than this for ads.

Why has craves quality gone down?

Crave has seriously downgraded. It randomly restarts an episode when I’ve been halfway through. There’s ad after ad after AD! OH and it takes forever to load an episode. I once sat through NINE ads back to back just to watch ONE episode of friends and it hadn’t even started. I gave up and have chosen to not use Crave bc it sucks

Buffering takes forever when casting. Trash. Downloaded the app. Also takes forever to load. Called for help, they opened a ticket but never followed up. How does this calibre of content end up with this level of garbage app? Cancelling the service.

Adds. “Unexpected Error.” MORE ADDS.

What the heck is this service? I have now watched 15 adds on just ONE add break because it keeps saying “An error has occurred” after the allotted adds finish…SO I RETRY AND IT MAKES ME WATCH MORE ADDS. I’m so done. All my other streaming services are working fine. My Wifi connection is fine. I looked the issue up and this seems to be a common occurrence for multiple years for different users. So how unexpected is this error? Why not fix it?
