had to take fingerprint recognition off my phone because of my screen protector couldn't read my print can't access my app at all going to uninstall to see if that works

Dreadful, chaotic and difficult to understand wasted over an hour trying to figure it out. what was wrong with Klink? How do I order my husbands prescriptions? all this means is that I now have to go to the surgery to request my prescriptions as It's impossible to use. Using us as Guinea pigs is terrible, the elderly can't use mobile phones even if they own one and many don't.

Is now basically a defunct app!!! It stopped updating my records in Feb 2026. The only thing you can still do is order a repeat prescription, but even that isn't as straight forward as it used to be. My sister, who uses the NHS England app, says she can access and do all sorts on her app and can't understand when I tell her I can only order a repeat prescription. But I guess that's Wales for you, still living in the dark age.

Absolutely useless. Just got a message telling me I have an appointment for 2 years ago in July 2024. I installed the app over a year ago and it has been no practical use to me whatsoever.
