Health Data Export

Health Data Export is a free app that helps you export your Health Connect data to Google Sheets or .CSV—so you can track, analyze, and back up your health history in a format you control.

Health Data Export exports the Health Connect data to Google Sheets/CSV and provides the user with the ability to select which record types should be exported. We do not collect any user data.


Because this app reads data directly from Health Connect, it works with data synced from most health and fitness apps and wearables that support Health Connect. That includes popular platforms such as:
- Strava
- Garmin
- Fitbit
- Samsung Health
- Google Fit
- Oura
- Withings
- Polar
- COROS
- Zepp / Amazfit …and many more Health Connect-compatible apps.

If your wearable/app writes to Health Connect, Health Data Export can export that data.

Export options
- Google Sheets export: automatically formats your data into separate tabs (Activity, Body Measurements, Sleep, Vitals, Nutrition/Cycle where applicable).
- CSV export: save files to your device (great for backups or importing into other tools).
- Choose exactly which health metrics to include.
- Select a date range (e.g., last 7/30/90/365 days or all time).
