there is no customer service option.. no live chat option.. no email for qnbpay wallet service totally waste of time.. disgusting.. dumb service... always stuck payment.. payment is not returned back to wallet

am i the only one trying this in 2025. previously, i deactivated the account by calling the bank due to bank account eligibility restriction. now I am a customer, but I am unable to register the wallet. i tried 1736 times and inquired 145 times, and finally, the bank replied, saying they are working on fixing the issue on the system. Meanwhile, i noticed a new update, hoping that everything gonna be okay. but it's now officially stopped to register as a new user since 4 aug 2025.
