I don't know who claimed this was "Australia's best banking app", but it absolutely does not deserve that title. Bank apps in general aren't great, but this is one of the worse ones I've seen.

I have been trying to contact the bank from overseas. - chat bot is useless, took them 12 hours to reply - once connected, all their solution is please contact our call center - call centers are difficult to reach from overseas - lodge a complaint, no response to this point im at the point of almost giving up 😶
