Superb app. Easy to use and user friendly. Can see very detailed statistics and settings. My favourite feature is to be able to access the Starlink and mesh node when away from home, that way I can disable/enable the network to save energy and increase security. It would be cool in the future to make a separate section for power users for more advanced router settings. I'm using Starlink mini 100Mbps with the mini mesh and it's more than enough for a total of 15 devices and 2 streams of 4k TV.

It’s great BUT…I

It’s currently $49 with FREE hardware… I just got told I am now going to pay $150 and I paid up from for the hardware…. What a horrible ownership experience. You people suck Lucky for you the service itself is flawless but if there is ever an alternative option I’ll be choosing them no matter what they charge

Help me sign in!!

I have set up the starlink but can’t sign in to my account. The reset password won’t allow me to type a new password in! All support says sign in to access support! HOW if I’m locked out. Logging a return call has a reply via message- which requires me to sign in. Which I can’t do!! Very disappointed by the lack of support!!!

The quick payment process is a fail

Signed up to starlink 4 times using there PayPal option (top of page..), each to it looks to be successful, but does not show any confirmation.. Who, Starlink, with this amateur website..! What a laugh. I prefer to register and do it the normal way..! Not pay and cross my fingers and see what happens.. Meanwhile, I’ve had multiple pending payments in my bank account, but not one message from Starlink site.

Unreachable

I ordered starlink through their official website and it gets delivered very quickly. I have had wifi for a total of a week when it told me that my kit is now unreachable. I wanted to see what was wrong but the app was saying that need to sign up. I never had an opportunity to create an account or was told any information about making an account or how to. Turns out they just make an account for you using an old email I don’t even use without telling you which I managed to really dig into things to find out. I solved the first issue and now the kit was still unreachable. It recommended that I disconnect and reconnect the connection which I did multiple times, I also made sure all the cables were connected and placed on the same spot and it would not work. I paid $69 to have unstable wifi for barely a week and I was not going to just give out free money in exchange for nothing. Best to stick with Telstra, Optus or Vodafone, much more reliable.
