Got locked out forever

As many people have noted, it logged me out of the account and I can’t even reset password because it won’t send anything to me. Looks like I’m deleting the app which thankfully means saving myself some money!

Terrible

This is the most unreliable app. I think I have on my phone. It often fails to launch or takes a really long time which defeats the purpose of trying to order in advance at Starbucks or trying to skip the queue when your app doesn’t work. Surely Starbucks can do better than this?

Can we update the app and get the card added to wallet so we don’t have to open the app every time to scan. It’ll make things easier.

Allow users to set default orders at a location rather than location based orders

Please allow users to set default orders at a specific Starbucks. There are two Starbucks quite close together where I live and depending where I order it automatically routes to the closest one.. I am busy professional so I don’t always have time to just click through a poorly design UX. Also, login issues. Sometimes, I open the app and it just stays at the screen and I have to start the app multiple times to fix the issue. Please fix.
