broken trash. and I do mean broken. you can't claim what you've earned, it just burns your resources and gives you nothing. scopely is more interested in creating tons of broken events to pressure people to spend money, but won't make the game functional. save your time and money, play something else.

I have had a lot of fun playing this game for the last year but currently I'd consider the game to be broken. Your daily refinery pulls/faction pulls end up taking 20-30 minutes and by then I'm not even interested in completing any missions most days. They need to create some kind of "auto accept" for faction or rep turn ins but until they do, it's a massive chore. Get rid of the chores and let us play.

2026 is not the year to start playing this game. The game has serious issues with lag and bugs that the developers are either unable or unwilling to fix. Current players only play because we’ve invested a lot of time and/or money into it, we would never recommend the game to our friends. If someone recommends the game to you they are a toxic person that you should cut out of your life. The game is giving rewards to current players who invite people to play the game again, it’s absolutely tone deaf given how bad game performance is at the moment. I can only guess Scopely is trying to raise player numbers before selling the game, otherwise why try to push for new players when they surely know how bad the game is right now, surely you would focus on fixing the lag and bugs first and then attract players. The first time new/returning players see how laggy it is just to repair a ship they’re gonna realise the game performance is as bad as ever. The game has a lot of potential but every month more lag and bugs are introduced than are fixed

A game about Star Trek

I have played for two years and have spent some real life money to progress because i love the ships. The game has a new CEO who openly said if we write a bad review we will be punished. The game has become unplayable and unaffordable, but the Devs do not care. They have run out of ideas and rebrand events to appear progressive. The events dont work often issues with the content or scoring occur. Afterwards they compensate with one blue print or other irrelevant item of no use. The time spent in game over 11 hrs a day is not respected and players are loosing hope the game will continue. With each update more is broken and more real money needs to be used or it can take years to upgrade buildings. It also uses the chance factor when you spend in game leading you to having to spend more rl money. If not for the ships and the friendships you will make i will stay, i live in hope the devs will be kind and introduce fairer pricing and learn how to fix the broken bits. Only play this game if you can devote years and have the time to play, plus have a thick skin because for a long time you will be a sitting duck.

Not the best year so far

2026 is not the best year for this game , buggy as hell , UI is buggy as hell , takes forever to get Support to answer a question, and when they do they won’t take responsibility for the problems within the game and UI….they need to pick their game up

The bugs, lag, and major issues when they change content have made this game unplayable. It used to be good, but recently lots of instances where the game won’t even let you log in. Save the hassle and don’t install.
