I placed an order with Glowly four months ago, which I have yet to receive. Customer support apologized for the delay and requested my address again, promising to send two products as compensation. However, I have not received anything, and my subsequent emails have gone unanswered.

The only reason I give it 3 stars because some of the shops are questionable and one shop recently scammed me. I would think that this app would do some kind of background check on these shops because customers are giving are giving their card information and their addresses. Also the fact that it was hard on the app to find someone a customer service to chat with and basically all I got was I had to do the work myself and and deal with my bank. Just be weary of what shops you buy from.

overall, good app. navigation is easy and I appreciate some of the suggestions for similar stores or products. notification experience is unfortunately mixed. sometimes it will notify me of a shipping update well before the courier does, and sometimes it will remind me that I received a package 3 weeks after I received it (it has already provided me with the initial 'package delivered' notif). annoying enough to mute all notifications. would appreciate more granular notification settings.

Poor tracking

Not sure how the shop app convinced so many vendors to use their app, it doesn’t track deliveries well, shows en route when already delivered, items disappear from the app from time to time, it’s inconsistent and not updated well in real time. I just track using their vendors mail tracking system and it’s much better.

Love! Love! Love! Bigger than I thought, should have downsized, but I can pop some thicker layers on underneath with plenty of room! Very oversized if that’s your look!

Most annoying app

This can be the most annoying app to download, forever sending out notifications on random rubbish, hard to navigate to get in contacts and track orders.

Inconsistent

The app doesn’t track all details often unable to identify if a package has been delivered or not.

Marked as delivered but we have not got it after paying $18.99 for delivery
