when I first purchased my doorbell, I started up this app I purchased a 365 day Service I later purchased a second. Doorbell, at that time, the first doorbell no longer worked, so they had me to purchase another 365 day service. Instead of me,being able to using the one that was already purchased.I had to purchased the 365 day service again i got another doorbell and total i've been charged 4 times i only have two working doorbells.They have charged me for 3 yearly accounts and now a 180 day

New update forces you to pay to do literally anything with the doorbell camera you already PAID FOR.

You can’t even live view or look through the camera with the app to see if anyone’s there. Why did I pay for this just to have to pay monthly to use the damn camera, I’ll be getting a different one if this update persists. Paid for nothing.
