Apps sometimes have issue to add to cart, I checked with customer service, who told me to use browser version instead. Might as well uninstall then? Using Samsung S25 Ultra Edit: Clear cache doesnt work, reinstall works. I had the latest version before reinstalling.

This is by far the worst App I’ve ever been unfortunate enough to have experienced. I tried to redeem a promotion gift on an S25 Ultra and it’s been a nightmare to say the least. Won’t let me upload files to claim my cash back bonus to I called the number to help with this and got transferred overseas to a line that was hardly audible and someone who couldn’t speak fluent English. So I emailed the telco address they supplied and uploaded the information they requested then waited three days for a reply telling me my claim was not approved because I didn’t provide a screenshot of the IEMI number which I did on the email I sent them. POOR FORM SAMSUNG!!! It’s the last product I’ll ever buy and I certainly won’t be recommending Samsung to anyone.
