Update your app please. Just because you discontinued the camera line which was a shame as NX line where good. People (myself included) still use the cameras. So please update the app so it works on the later android and iso versions.

Have a WB31F camera and had to update tablet so lost wireless software to transfer photos and videos to tablet from camera. Phoned Samsung help desk and was told that software is no longer available. I said it makes our two WB31F cameras obsolete and we will lose our wonderful pictures. I am shocked that Samsung has treated Samsung loyal customers (I have all Samsung products) in this uncaring way.

Absolutely hopeless

Can’t even get the camera to connect and even when I downloaded a separate NFC app which picked up the signal from the camera, the app claims that no smart camera is connected. Incredibly frustrated as all the features of the camera that I want to use through the app are now inaccessible. Please update so it can actually be used.

NEEDS UPDATE

This app really needs to be updated as soon as possible as it does not work with the new iOS update, causing a big inconvenience to a majority. Samsung really needs to stay on top of their game and ensure that they update their apps in order for it to work in accordance with smartphone updates. We do not want to be purchasing your goods only to come across avoidable situations like this from your end!!! Get with it Samsung!

Urgently needs an upgrade / bug fix. Used to work fine until the last iPhone update. Absolutely useless now. Please fix this ASAP. It's one of the main reasons for purchasing the Samsung camera.
