It's a horrible app. It automatically unlocks the dates and also it resets the previous availability settings (to 1 day instead of 3 days minimum stay). This happened before and just recently again. And this is a huge inconvenience because now I have to deal with the reservations that happened in the meantime and for the dates that are not available. 🙄

worst customer support. never connects to live agent. don't have enough option on ivr as well. takes too long to revert back or provide any resolution.

If you have more units, you cannot set automatic replies for each. You only can set one generic message for all...and a lot of crazy half-working settings. This isn't developers fault however...
