App is horrible as it is a mission to make it work. Finally made it work. To anyone wondering : try with wifi in 2.4ghz (so not 5ghz), and ACTIVATE bluetooth. This is not mentioned anywhere but you need to have bluetooth On when pairing. Edit: even though I can install it, after a couple weeks of trial, the app is dreadful. Loses connection all the time. Works 1 out of 20 times, at best. edit: with latest update does not work anymore. dont bother buying a samsung robot cleaner.

No connection

Can not connect the app to the robot it gets to 95% and stops there. Come on Samsung multibillion dollar company that will not resolve this issue that’s been on going.

Useless

Ridiculously difficult to connect to Wifi, in the end I just gave up, Robot itself is really good, the app is rubbish

Absolutely useless app

Like others have said before, you can’t connect to the app. It gets to 95% and then fails to connect. Not having a working app renders the vacuum pretty much defunct for its intended purpose. Fix this, please!

App quits at launch

The app does not open. Immediately at launching it quits. Unable to operate the robot, set timing or anything.

App continually crashes.

App crashes and won’t fully start up. Vacuum leaks water all over the floor whilst charging. Vacuum won’t charge half the time when on charging dock when battery is flat, and has to be taken off and put back on again. Such a disappointment.
