Absolute joke
Every time you try to change cover the app just stalls. Its constantly plagued with walls to stop you doing anything meaningful with your insurance. Typical though.

Frequently logs out, and continually comes up with errors when trying to log back in, despite having the correct password and verification code. Then locks out of the account

New Customer unable to use app
I’m a new customer and have been trying to Sign In or Register for a week. Each time the sever times out. Tried selecting app support and it came up as page not found. Not a great start

Running iOS 26.4.2 yet current version of the app 6.8.1 continually insists I need to upgrade to iOS 17. Go figure!

Not app but messaging service
I tried using the messaging service instead of ringing for a claim check as I was stuck. I got disconnected twice, the agent was slow to answer and kept asking me “if this was about medication” when my question listed the medication name clearly and all pertinent information. I am not sure s/he spoke English … rubbish service.
