This version includes the following: - Introducing improved support for tracking workouts from your non Apple wearables into Ladder. Now after you complete a workout you can import an existing workout from Apple Health, share a photo of proof of how many calories you burned or just manually enter your heart rate and calories burned. You NEED this

If you’re sick and tired of paying high prices for PT sessions, want to see a change, have something way to follow but get out of your head. This is the app. The coaches talk you through every workout!! They keep you focus, motivated and calls you into discipline when you’ve lost motivation. I’ve used this app for 2years now, and I’ve never looks or felt better. This I can follow for the rest of my life. Cause fitness is a life long thing. Not just 12 weeks.

Life Changing

Being eight months postpartum and having trialled different classes and apps, I honestly thought I wouldn’t find anything that suited me and my newly changed lifestyle. I wanted something motivating, easy to stick to and track, affordable, feel like I’m part of a community and also have the flexibility of exercising whenever without worrying about travel or planning the workouts myself. After months of trying different things, I came across this app and thought ugh it’s just another app it’s just gonna be another gimmick with empty promises but wow was I wrong. First time using it and I felt so focused exercising, and really enjoyed the workouts and usability of the app and all its features that I’m actually excited to go to the gym! Great features such as connectivity to smart watch, Spotify, the voiceovers and clear guiding without having to look at the phone or scroll through the app, the way you can easily track reps and weights, the visuals of each exercise, the nutrition logging is amazing (hands down best I’ve ever seen) and I just love how it feels like you have your own PT and exercises etc are explained in depth during the voiceovers with great tips and reminders and motivational comments. Love, love, love!!!!
