Awful App

This app is getting better, hence 1 star review, it’s awful. I reckon same developer as Binge and probably other. Rubbish initial experience when app is launch, then navigation is clumsy. Like I said, it’s getting better but can’t give it negative stars. Content good, just need to navigate the awful interface. Do better.

Genuinely the worst streaming app on the market. Free streaming services offer better UIs with fewer crashes and bugs. But don't worry, for the sweet sweet price of $46 you can get recommended sports you don't watch over the ones you do and have to spend 100 years scrolling to find what you want. And once you start watching the stream you want they'll change the match you were watching to another match entirely anyway. Why would you want to watch your own team play...?

What is the point of paying PREMIUM if there are breaks in transmission in almost all the matches I watch when I get home. Do not say this is due to personal "internet issues" because these are all replays. Disgraceful. Good coverage, but lacking the stability and app quality expected from the subscription price.

both on phone and tablet, this app has basically stopped functioning. It has been jaggy and lagging and blurry for weeks. Now, it will barely load and then, when it does, will not refresh to games that have been played in the last 2 days. have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.

used to be ok, this one is hopeless, all the features been removed, almost zero settings available, can't fast foward without it hanging, bring back v2 , V3 is VERY bad

Scam

Gonna be reporting Kayo for this woeful service & highway robbery to the ACCC, the ombudsman and anyone else that will listen. We’ve been Kayo subscribers from the start and somehow every year the service just gets worse and worse (while the price just goes up and up and up) but it’s literally the only option for watching all NRL games each round. It’s an absolute joke. Don’t bother replying and asking me to email the help desk with info and screen recordings, by this point YOU KNOW what the problems are and you do nothing to fix them.

Ap freezes

I’m frustrated with this Ap. It regularly freezes on a completely black screen soon after opening it just before profiles should display. Once it does this it’s hard to restart. It also regularly kicks you out of watching games when you are behind live action.

Used to be ok until the update….

Laggy, unresponsive, shows ads while fast forwarding so you have no idea where you’re up to, so frustrating!
