terrible. you can't switch to your email to see the verification code and switch back. when you switch back it kicks you out to the homepage. worst experience ever

app only tracks one of 2 tix I listed for resale using the web. there is no support available. phone ivr says "press selection for live agent" and then gives only three selection options, none of which is a live agent!

Phone stolen can’t use tickets
If you lose your phone you’re screwed. Can’t log in on another phone cos they don’t let you log in on two phones at a time so then you’re fked after spending 10k on tickets
