The app is nice but I am not sure about the opportunities it may provide. Moreover this is an option for video but I cannot put my video despite repeated trials

Good First Impression and Easy to Use

It hasn’t been a bad start. The application is easy to use and provides a clear structure for managing the steps required to pursue suitable roles and present your experience effectively. It helps organise applications and keeps the process straightforward for job seekers. Today is my first day applying for roles through the platform, so it will be interesting to see how the process develops over time. As with most job sites, the real question is how competitive the listings become once positions are advertised. Many platforms quickly show 150–200 applicants within a day or two, which can make it challenging for candidates to stand out. That said, the platform appears well designed and user-friendly, and I look forward to seeing how effective it is in connecting applicants with genuine opportunities.

Can’t link my account to the app

After applying for a job through a different provider, I got an automated email from Employment Hero about tracking my application. I downloaded this app and it only allows login via phone (while web only allows via email) and there’s no option to link the two. When searching to fix the issue, there’s no help request option enabled on the app and the FAQs don’t cover this issue. Poor and frustrating UX.

I can’t sign in with my online account

Despite multiple attempts I can’t sign in with my online account, everytime I try it creates a new account from scratch with no information but linked with the same email and phone number.

Improvements: Increased word count for work experience from 225 to 500 at least or a.i summariser to enhance the work experience and meet the current word limit. The option to remove old CVs and upload a new one. Currently, you add a new CV and your old ones are still there. To sum up, the app is great and I highly recommend. I hope the Improvements can be made.
