THEY JUST DONT CARE: what is so hard about fixing a bug so that we as customers can get Disney+ on smart tvs. As other's already stated, this app don't work on smart TV's. No matter what I do, it will not load. Been that way for about 2 months. Customer service will say unplug ur device for 5 sec, yada yada ya. Nothing works. So I did they only thing I could.. Unsubscribed. Shame on you!

The gall of charging +20 a month in order to watch without adds or being able to download is diabolical. Otherwise your just violently bombarded with ads every 5 mintues. It just feels awful.

This app is great it let's me watch lots of TV shows, movies, and documentaries. I highly recommend. EDIT: twinski what in da world everytime i open da silly app it closes me out and if im on the app long enough to read the little message it says no internet when im literally connected like broooooo so like I cant get in the app HELLPPP btw it says error code 142 whatever that is

Ads for kids profiles

New ads for kids profiles is awful, if you want control over what your kids catch watch on your age profile you have to have adverts which is dealbreaker for us, crazy and greedy choice from Disney, we’re unsubscribing.
