SIGNED UP FOR PREMIUM+. ACCOUNT WENT ALL BUGGY AND COULDN'T ACCESS MY PROFILE TAB. UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED THE APP ONLY TO BE TOLD MY ACCOUNT DOESN'T EXIST. LOGGED IN WITH THE PHONE NUMBER BUT IT TRIED TO MAKE ME CREATE A NEW PROFILE. BEEN OVER A WEEK AND NOW I'M DOUBLE CHARGE FOR A SERVICE I CAN'T USE, I HAVE NO CONTACT WITH MATCHES, AND I CHANGED COUNTRIES ALREADY. NO ONE HAS RESOLVED THIS ISSUE AND I'M NOT GETTING ANSWERED WITHIN THE PROMISED 48HR WINDOW. WORST EXPERIENCE

Buggy mess

App is fine, until it starts to literally fall apart. Certain features start disappearing and the app starts to crawl at snails pace until it becomes effectively unusable. It’s particularly worse if you’ve paid any money towards the app. Wouldn’t recommend.

Needs more filter types.

There needs to be a way to filter out immigrants, single mothers and ethnicity. I’m not interested in immigrant women whom I share no common interests with and who didn’t grow up in the same country as I did. Why on earth would I want to date someone who has lived in 7 countries in 7 years and will clearly never, ever be satisfied with where they live? That type of person will get bored with marriage six months after the first baby comes along and then want a divorce. I’m not interested in single mothers either. If I had a child with a woman I’d be doing everything to keep the family together. I certainly would NOT ditch her to chase “the one” all over again on dating apps trying to have some sort of insane redo, as if I was chasing happiness constantly. Most men are not interested in taking care of another man’s children either. The single mother will also put her children first before the relationship so the man will always be second fiddle to the kids. Why does no one seem to realise anymore that the grass is greenest where you water it? No wonder why society is slowly collapsing. Filtering out by ethnicity would be good too because I’m not interested in racemixing. I haven’t been brainwashed by Hollywood or p0rn into thinking women of one ethnicity/race is superior to other ethnicities/races. Shock, horror, I actually prefer women of the same background as me. Why is that such a weird and abnormal thing these days? God forbid people want to actually date people of the same background huh? I’m proud of my culture and don’t want to destroy it or lose it by racemixing. That’s right, some people are actually proud of who they are and don’t worship or target White people (for example) for dating purposes. Not everyone has been brainwashed into thinking a family where no one looks the same is a natural thing. As I said, society is collapsing.

Hello, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using the premium subscription. While I was paying for premium, I received little to no meaningful recommendations or matches. However, as soon as my subscription expired, I was suddenly prompted to subscribe again, which makes the whole experience feel misleading and manipulative. From my perspective, it seems like the value is intentionally limited during the paid period, then pushed after expiration to encourage renewal. If that’s the case, it’s not only frustrating—it seriously damages trust. I paid expecting real benefits and a noticeable difference, but I didn’t receive anything that justified the cost. At this point, I have no intention of renewing unless there are clear improvements and transparency about what I’m actually paying for. I hope you take this feedback seriously and review how your premium service is being delivered. Regards,

Designed to keep you single.

I am starting to believe that it is in the best interests of this app to keep people single. Which is depressing. I get plenty of matches. But they have all been woefully inappropriate people.
