WOLT all the way. Bolt doesnt care about your food or quality. Switched to WOLT for few months now, best thing ever, had no problems since. Customer service is great there. No more random problems, no more cold food, you matter there, but not here. Always disappointed when i order here. Quality became even worse when i subscribed to their ,,premium"". Cold food driving around the block. Your food sitting and waiting while courier is taking other NEW orders. And customer service is slop.

Solid app and everything, but I wish there's a review section. So we can see actual reviews from actual customers who bought the food. Not just a star rating but comments so other people are guided next time they order from such vendors. Thank you.

customer support is no support at all,always closing the chat without real help and Boly does not provide any phone number to connect directly to support. app is assigning address in weird way up to location which can cause confusing. and there is no change or edit possible after you order.I will never use this app. edit I also want delete my account and Bolt app won't let me delete untill I have mandatory chat. this is crossing all law and doing business.

Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food, food was late by 1 hours. Customer service was also no help and wouldn’t give a refund.

Service standards still need work

The food that was delivered, clearly fell. Even with photo evidence, their customer service clearly think it’s ok for food to be delivered in this manner. Unacceptable! A long way to go if they want to compete with Glovo and Wolt in terms the service standards they accept.

То, как устроена поддержка - это ужас. Вопросы, которые могли бы быть урегулированы за минуту, растягиваются на час. Буквально. Никакой горячей линии у них нет, приходится ждать подключения генератора в приложении и это элементарно может затянуться на полчаса, а то и больше. У всех могут быть проблемы и ошибки, но важно то, как они решаются. Так вот болт отказывается улучшать сервис. Я не верю, что компания не знает об этой проблеме.

Заклад постарався, зробив замовлення швидко. Болт не міг знайти курʼєра годину!! А потім скасували замовлення. Закладу, який на щастя мав власну службу доставки, прийшлось доставляти все самим. Таким чином, Болт підставив обидві сторони. 1 зірка.

Terrible service

Drivers are nice, but Bolt’s costumer service is the worst. And rude. The grocery stores almost always change your orders because they don’t have all items in stock. But you don’t get a refund. I’m fed up. Will stop using bolt foods now.
