The worst app. Doesn’t do what it says. Rotates the screen so you can’t read what’s on it then you can’t scroll. Just impossible and shockingly bad. save yourselves the time and go elsewhere. As this app is not going to get you a photo printed on anything.

BigW, you’re losing money here

Bad app, unusable, login doesn’t work, registration doesn’t work. Big W, fire your dev team (they are probably paid off by your competitors to sabotage the app) and get professional support. People, stick to the desktop browser access to this service, which actually uses great Fujifilm technology to print your photos.

Waste of time. Web site doesn’t work. App doesn’t work. As soon as you add a photo the app freezes

Terrible app, brace yourself

Had to redo selection of the photos and layout for a book 3 times. Progress doesn’t get saved. Glitches all the time. Gets stuck in landscape, so you can’t do anything. Allow yourself plenty of uninterrupted time to use it and be prepared to be very patient.
