App is next to impossible to read
This is about the app not the outlet. The outlet is great and I keep going back!! But sometimes I think the developers never look at what they produce. In this case the light grey text they use is almost impossible to read. Please fix it. And. When I tried to lodge this issue on line in their app apparently I don’t know my email address of 30 years! It kept saying it wasn’t valid. But to go and try again you have to start all over again. And I still got the same issue! Please fix it.

Cannot use app as cannot reset password just says try again, unfortunately wont be buying from Betty's again until they fix this which has been an ungoing issue by the looks of it since last year.

Should do some better testing
Why go to the trouble of developing and launching an app when the UX is full of bugs. Also can’t even order kids meals through the app - deals in the form of scan voucher when ordering in store - what’s the point

this app all of a sudden stopped working and there is no option to build loyalty points any other way. frustrating.

The app allowed me to order just fine. However, the ability to let staff know if you are dining in would be helpful for them. The biggest gripe I have with the app, is being colourblind I can't tell if I have selected a checkbox or not. So ended up with a large drink instead of a small as both boxes the min count was 1 and couldn't see any highlight options. Also used the wrong payment method because I couldn't see what payment option was selected.

Out of date iOS for the app
Poor form having the new update only available for certain users, I am absolutely not buying a new phone for this. Lost a customer and I am sure I’m not alone!

Promo didnt work
There was a promo if you ordered $30+ then you would get a free item. Despite adding $30 it didn’t work and I couldn’t even order. So I went next door and ordered from another shop
