don't install this app they don't have any contact information and there customers are been scammed multiple times. zero security and not customer contact. not even one star capable but to put comments i have to give that.

It is so sad because there is so much cool stuff to buy on here, but I am never protected as a buyer nor seller even when though they charge a buyer protection fee. I was so excited to find this app, but with time I realized the "support" should be called unsupported because certain people get treated differently. Then they can't even give you an explanation or give you unrelated explanations. And now the AI update keeps putting things in wrong categories and giving unrelated explanations.

I signed up for Vinted via google instead of my email. I listed a pair of pants and my notification came to my email and I Was not seeing it in the app. People were ready to purchase. I was not suppose to message them back via email. I decided to delete that account and sign up under my email and a different email at that. So as I started to list I got a block notification. So They reopened and I still couldn't bump my clothes & couldn't even delete my account. Bad Experience 👎
