Octopus Energy

I don't recommend Octopus energy to anyone. I think they are going to be bankrupt. I was a bulbs customer and also my neighbour, when octopus energy took over we stayed with them. However the customer service very unhelpful and they don't respond to enquiries. I contacted 6 times and I managed to speak with one very unhelpful lady,and another customer representative called Stanley, and he emailed twice with zero help,another customer representative sent me an email called Solie with zero help.

service is good, prices are good, but you totally need a payment system in the application. it's 2026 people, how can you miss it?

Was happy with app, but not happy with recent change to usage graph, that shows different colours for different time of day rates. Not because that is not good, but because you can no longer switch to the cost view. If you couldn't keep this feature then it never should have changed. Put it back please as cost view is more important/useful than this new graph.

Last update, no info boxes with time etc when scroll on graph need that back👎 thankfully tablet wasn't updated I'll have to use that. Prev would've said 4.5 since joined in Spring, only temp glitches, but this update of the graphs is no good & also less accessible much harder to read times as not all show at bottom. [Next update] I had hoped the next update would bring back the functionality but sad to say it hasn't so less helpful, less accessible.
