Do not purchase anything from this app from a third party seller with the expectation of getting a refund. If the seller never sends your item they will dodge all accountability. I had to get my bank involved to try to get a refund because "sole cart" a third party seller never sent my item. The urban outfitters customer service supportt is horrible and they just give you the same excuse that you purchased through a third party seller and your screwed. Stay Far Away!!!

Zero! no human help issue not resolved. I wouldn't recommend this app to my worst enemy.

I've tried the website and I'm trying the app now and neither will let me log in. I've been trying to check my rewards balance for weeks and every time I log in it needs mobile verification even though my number is not associated with my account. then I click send email code instead and it never sends, and the app just locked me out from too many attempts
