TERRIBLE

I got my account appealed due to the NSW ban and my account comes back, so obviously it should work and my account should be there. WRONG. I get my account banned, and I’m still banned from the app?!? So now I have to wait for however long to get it back which is ridiculous. I am over the age of 16 and can’t access Snapchat for however long. I’m disappointed as I have been using this app for years, and I can’t even get my data back it doesn’t work! I would love to get this problem fixed asap but Snapchat uses ai to answer questions which is also ridiculous because it provides ZERO help. I would appreciate it if I could have an actual discussion with a HUMAN being to get my phone unbanned from snap so I can continue using the app. Reminder to actually CHECK if an account is under 16.

I can’t add photos apparently but on the app it says annual subscription is 35.90 a year or 2.99 a month. But 2.99 x 12 is 35.88. If I have to pay to keep my years of memories it’s unacceptable to openly lie over 2 cents. Fix this. If it can be 49.99 a year it should be able to be 35.88 a year. Btw that’s there is no need to be charging people a monthly subscription for something that has been free since the app first launched. You should be ashamed of yourself. I’m also never paying for that and I hope everyone else has the sense to not either. I’m disgusted. You should also have a quick and simple way to download all the photos onto a computer.
