Tried twice, got stuck trying to generate the plan. So never was able to use it. Also the plans are very limited in flexibility. I wanted a longer timeframe as I'm coming back from a long term illness, but the maximum is 16 weeks.

If your a new runner beware. I personally hate this app. Firstly it is clunky, underdeveloped, and doesn't get a thorough baseline of where your starting. I downloaded this app to start running as I am on a weight loss journey. before this I was doing light running and I heavily emphasize light. This started me at a 4.7 on treadmill which is almost a sprint I did the first workout and was dizzy, I ended up vomiting. not beginner friendly. They need better baseline questions do not recommend.

Keeps you motivated when you don't wanna run and some good workout scheduling/planning options. Have begun to notice some lag and lack of responsiveness over last few months while using the app. Needs fixing to lighten the functionality if app performance is to be improved. This sort of frustrating user experience can lose you customers.

on the whole it's decent, it can just be very glitchy. the calendar for example is unusable, if you want to skip/delete a workout or just press in to it, it just doesn't work. hopefully they can sort this out
