Very useful app, especially the ability to monitor the sound wirelessly.

Rather disappointing this app doesn't support the previous generation LS-P4 which was dropped and the previous app removed from Google Play. I see no reason why this app couldn't support both the LS-P4 and LS-P5 as the newer version is only a small incremental change. I would like to see OM System support the previous model, there be it with limited functionality.

v1.0.2

It doesn't support the older model LS-P4. I installed this on my current phone to do remote control with my older LS-P4 device. The Bluetooth pairing doesn't work with that unless I missed something. The original app called Olympus Controller Bluetooth has been removed from the app store. This is disappointing.

It's fine on the devices that it works with, but it's not clear why it won't work with a Samsung ST-550 tablet but it does with a slightly newer SM-X200. Or why it will pair with one LG322DL Tracfone, but not with another with identical specs and Android OS. A bit more info on Android and Bluetooth versions and requirements might help.

This is a really cool app...when it loads...which is MAYBE 20% of the time? I'm not really sure how a respected company like Olympus can put out such a non-functional product.
