Often while trying to check in for a flight, the app gets stuck on one of its many upsell pages. On a recent flight I had to check in at the airport due to a problem with the app.

Failed to open Manage booking
I realised my small on board bag was likely to be a large one. So over and over I tried to upgrade and pay the extra online. Every time I clicked i on manage booking it took me to the Holiday page. Even clicking on “change the size bag” or whatever the wording is, it still took me back to the holiday page. So at airport I had to pay even though the bag was within millimeters of the size Not at all happy. You need to fix that problem!! In AUD $ terms it cost me near $150 for a small way underweight bag

A very dishonest airline that brings the concept of cattle herding humans customers to an ever level. Forget about pre-paid baggage payments actually going through. They’d rather sting you for double at the airport. Delayed flights are the norm, apologies from the airline are non existent. Some routes in Europe there are options, but others, like to the Isle of Man, are monopolised by Easy Jet who take advantage of every passenger and making for an awful travel experience. Even the like of very cheap no frills airlines like Wizz Air put Easy Jet to shame. What a disgusting display of human nature the Easy Jet corporation exhibits
