The app is currently unusable. A critical UI bug prevents the "add to order" button from responding, making it impossible to purchase a meal. ​Furthermore, the support experience is abysmal. You are forced to use a chatbot with rigid, predetermined options that fail to address specific issues. Even when free text becomes available, it ignores the query entirely. It's incredibly frustrating that there is no way to report technical bugs within the app itself—a total failure in design.

if you get ready to checkout an order for a specific location then close the app and come back to it later, the order is still there but the restaurant changes to the current "closest". too many times i almost order from the wrong place just because the closest is 0.003 miles closer. this has been an issue for years now and it's still not fixed. now that payment is taken right away, it should be resolved.
