Warranty ignored + refused refund on faulty item

The app itself works, but after-sales support is unreliable. I purchased a pump that arrived faulty and was covered by a 1-year warranty. Despite multiple attempts, Temu refused to address the warranty claim and sent scripted responses. Issue only progressed once I escalated through my payment provider.

I’ve shopped on Temu for quite a while for jewellery supplies and other goodies. I’ve only had one breakage which they refunded quickly without having to send it back. I’m happy with the quality. The only thing that annoys me is all the ‘promo’ stuff and spinning the wheel stuff and the promise of freebies. I’d rather just shop for what I need/want without all that I will keep shopping on Temu as long as the prices are great. Newbies - remember to read everything and check out reviews before buying and shop around Thanks Temu !!
