literally the worst app experience. wouldn't let me log in keeps showing the bot error, but logs in a different device. Am I expected to bring two devices to the venue just for this app to work? it's clearly an ongoing issue as the automated response to reaching out to customer service addresses it but no fix.

Takes ages to log in then when you finally get in says to refresh as app been open too long! Missed tickets because of this

Failed to deliver ticket. Low security and deliberately unhelpful

Insists on insecure phone based MFA instead of any current authenticator. You will need a phone number. Support were unhelpful, and do not acknowledge or follow the AXS published FAQ. Highly unprofessional and unaccountable, refused refund or workaround requests.

Disappointed

After waiting patiently from 11.45 am until 12.03 pm in line for Foo Fighter pre sale tickets for the Newcastle concert. Upon reaching the front of the queue I was told “ Oh No, your session has expired. Please try again later. “ I was then told that “ Something doesn’t look right”. I took a day off work to secure these tickets for my wife and myself to celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary in November.
