doesn't play videos properly EVER. Have to close the app repeatedly to get the video count down or to make the loading circle to go away. a total JOKE of a streaming service.

I used to use Prime Video; the experience was good initially, but over the past year, it has become terrible. The reasons include long, uninterrupted ads, poor video quality, excessive mobile data consumption, and—most importantly—a lack of new content. I am now leaning towards Netflix and other apps; honestly, I have no interest in Prime Video anymore.
