latest version, 1st May 26, cannot even get past the second screen to access the app. cache and data deleted, uninstalled and reinstalled, no change. hopefully support can help. 2.1.1 version From 6/6/26, same problem, app unusable, keeps returning from second screen.

since the update I I should be able to still access this I strongly advise you to correct he issue urgently and lift the stupid police part I have an account on there and your stopping me to access my details done have to go directly to ico and seek legal action against developer and the underwriters. this is not sky its the underwriters needs to sort there self's out there also discriminating

The tech is excellent, however what lets the system down is the glitchy, and slowness of the app, hence the 2 stars, if the app was like other leading brands on the market it would be 5 stars, I agree with all the other comments around firmware updates, the inability to navigate back out of a menu without needing to close the app first, this is really poor..I ask sky to invest time in getting this app up to a better standard seen as you lock customers into a contact for 24 months
