Description

Move Mood is a free app to help young people manage the behaviours associated with low mood or depression. Created for stem4, teenage mental health charity, this clinically-led app has been co-designed with input from young people. It follows a type of treatment called Behavioural Activation Therapy (BAT) and uses powerful, in-built analytics to measure effectiveness. The app is completely anonymous and doesn’t collect any identifiable data.

I cannot get notifications on my phone I have tried everything. The app itself is a good idea. I think it would be a good idea to allow notifications to remind us of the task we want to complete

I was really getting into this app!!!... until it came to the screen of "When you think about doing this taskg how would you rate your mood out of 100?"... And you feel in your little happy or sad circle.. There's not a next button or any way to get to the next screen..
