Junk app purchase tickets and they don't show up in the app. Although previous tickets are still showing in the app even months after the event. Very frustrating

it asks you to sign in multiple times just to buy and then view your tickets, does not scream "safe". no passkey or phone login option either. get your tickets out of this app and into your wallet as soon as you can

Terrible app. No sign of the ticket share sent to me. No ability to remember password. Once in Subscriptions section, you can't exit it. Hopeless.

Easily the worst app to go with the worst online booking system I have ever come across… trying to book multiple tickets at once over different days, upon going to the Basket it cancels previous day’s tickets and forces you to make seperate bookings… charging a booking fee AND a payment fee…. Then having to pay it all over again. Moving on to the app, you can’t download the tickets and each ticket needs to be opened individually only to be scanned then taken back to your tickets for it to say you have no upcoming tickets, making you go to order history to open the next ticket. Whoever is responsible for the website and app needs to find a new job… I would suggest the McDonalds drive through… however they would only mess all the orders up.

Farce

Not sure what is going on with this app, can't download tickets, keeps telling me my email has already been used despite creating a new one, 2 hours of getting no where, had to go via the desktop computer to create an account
